By organizing events like the Garden Contest Bengaluru '21, we brought together local gardeners to swap plant care tips, showcase sustainable setups, and celebrate the greenery they have nurtured in their own homes and offices. Gardening is often a solitary act, but we believe it flourishes best when shared. We launched our Garden Contest in 2021 to provide a platform for Bengaluru’s green enthusiasts to display their dedication. Whether it was the Best Balcony Garden or innovative Eco-Friendly Practices, we wanted to see how our city creates green havens. Our judging process reflected our core philosophy: scientific plant health and sustainable habits ranked higher than simple aesthetic appeal. We partnered with experts, including landscape architects and art historians, to evaluate entries based on soil health, plant sustainability, and individual effort. Why participate or follow our community events? First, learning, as our contests often spark discussions on plant maintenance, pest control, and potting mixes. Second, sustainability, as we spotlight gardens that recycle materials, such as turning old tires or bicycles into unique planters. Third, connection, as being featured in publications like the Deccan Herald has allowed us to amplify the voices of home gardeners who prove that you do not need acres of land to build a thriving ecosystem. If you are looking to start your own green journey, join our upcoming workshops or community events. We conduct these in both Kannada and English, ensuring that everyone in Namma Bengaluru has access to the science and joy of gardening. ## About Greening Wonders At Greening Wonders, we do more than supply plants, we build community.
