Our mission isn't just to sell plants, but to ensure they actually survive in your space. Whether it is a quick Home Mali visit to revive a drooping pot or designing a full vertical garden, we focus on practical, expert care that respects your time and your plants. ### Our Story: Fixing the Sad Plant Story Seven years ago, we noticed a recurring issue in Pune. People would bring home beautiful greens, life would get busy, and the plants would inevitably fade. We decided to change that narrative. We aren't here to push expensive pots or temporary decorations. We are here to help you grow a space where life feels better. ### The Greendeck Approach Our founders, Rahul Durke and Rahul Jayaswal, lead a team that values hands-on work over office paperwork. When we say we care about your garden, we mean it. Our 'Home Mali' service is the backbone of this mission. It was created to provide professional, on-demand support for busy plant owners who need a bit of guidance—not a long-term subscription they cannot manage. ### More Than Just Gardening Beyond individual homes, we are committed to the city. We have donated over 2500 plants to temples and community spaces across Pune, a project that was featured in the Pune Mirror. This isn't just charity; it is our way of giving back to the community that supported us. We believe that by making nature accessible and sustainable, we can create a greener, healthier environment for everyone. When you hire us, you are not just getting a service. You are getting seven years of experience in plant diagnostics, soil health, and space design, all aimed at one goal: keeping your plants alive and thriving. ## About Greendeck Agro We are Rahul and Rahul, the team behind Greendeck Agro. Seven years ago, we decided that Pune’s balconies and offices deserved better than wilted plants. We don't believe in quick fixes; we believe in sustainable growth and showing you exactly how to keep your greens healthy.
