It sounds technical, but this assessment is the only way to ensure your balcony or terrace doesn't turn into a plant graveyard after a few months. We build based on what your space can actually sustain, not just what looks good in the moment. ### How We Build Your Green Space We operate on a simple principle: plants die when they are mismatched with their environment. Whether you are looking for **terrace garden maintenance** or a **vertical garden installation**, our process is designed to eliminate the guesswork. #### The Assessment Phase We start by understanding your environment. We look at: * **Micro-climate:** Sunlight hours and intensity. * **Infrastructure:** Airflow and structural load capacity for pots or soil. * **Lifestyle:** How much time you can realistically spend on maintenance. This is why we focus on **landscape design** that balances aesthetics with practicality. We don’t just fill space; we solve for drainage, soil health, and long-term growth. #### Our Team & Philosophy Greendeck Agro was founded by Rahul Durke and Rahul Jayaswal seven years ago to fix the 'sad plant story' common in city homes. Our team of 'Home Malis' brings this expertise to your doorstep. We are not here to sell you the most expensive pots; we are here to help you grow a space where life feels better. #### Why Our Approach Works * **Practicality First:** We prioritize hardy, climate-appropriate plants that actually survive in Pune's environment. * **End-to-End Care:** From **balcony garden setup** to ongoing plant health checks, we stay involved. * **Data-Backed:** We analyze your site before proposing a single design element, preventing costly mistakes later. If you have a corner that needs life or an office area that feels stagnant, our team is ready to help you plan a solution that actually stays green. ## About Greendeck Agro I’m Rahul Durke, and along with Rahul Jayaswal, we started Greendeck Agro to fix the cycle of plants dying in our homes. We focus on fixing the root of the problem—the environment—rather than just selling you more pots. We’re here to help you get the green space you want without the constant stress of maintenance.
