## About Guided Nature Walks & Treks

Our walks are for families who want to trade malls for muddy shoes and some good old-fashioned fun outdoors. I see kids light up when they spot a bird or poke around in the dirt – it's messy, sure, but that's where the magic is.

### What Happens on Our Walks

- No lectures here, just hands-on exploring guided by our team of naturalists.
- Kids get to touch, smell, and listen to nature all around them.
- Watching children go from "eww" to "wow" when they hold a bug or spot a mushroom, that's a win for me.
- All walks are parent-child, because discovering together just hits different.

### Types of Walks

- **Sensory nature walks for toddlers (ages 3-6):** Easy pace, lots of touching trees, listening to birds, smelling flowers.
- **Themed walks for curious kids (5+):** Birdwatching in Mumbai parks, insect hunts with magnifiers, mushroom spotting (promise, we don’t let anyone eat them!).
- **Beginner family trekking near Bangalore (ages 5-10):** Short city hikes, gentle slopes, always end with a chill-out picnic.

### Extras We Throw In

- Nature scavenger hunts to keep eyes sharp.
- Sometimes we do night walks to meet nocturnal creatures.
- Coastal shore walks with children in Mumbai – crabs, shells, tide magic.
- Private walks for birthdays or just your gang.

### The Details

- Always for parent-child duos. One parent must join.
- We’re in Bengaluru, Pune, Mumbai.
- Walks last 1.5 to 3 hours, led by naturalists who truly love this stuff.

Not every walk is for every kid, but there’s something here for all kinds of little explorers. If you’re okay with a bit of mud and a lot of questions, you’ll fit right in.

## Meet your expert

[Green Panther](https://mytribe.in/green_panther_club)

### My story

Hey, we’re Green Panther. We’re just a bunch of parents and kids who got tired of weekends lost in malls and screens. We wanted something wild, something real. Our first nature walk turned into a scavenger hunt, and suddenly, kids were chasing fireflies, not WiFi. From watching a kid go from scared of bees to loving them, to families laughing at muddy shoes – that’s what keeps us going. We’re now a tribe across Bengaluru, Pune, Mumbai, building childhoods full of messy, magical memories.

### My work

- **Nature Adventures for Kids & Families**: We run parent-child nature walks, kids-only camps like firefly night camp, nature-themed birthday parties, and storytelling sessions.
- **Experiences, Not Extravagance**: We believe in mud over malls, butterflies over balloons. It’s about memories, not fancy celebrations.
- **Inclusive & Playful Learning**: Events for ages 3-10, including sensory nature walks and special needs sessions. Curiosity gets you a junior naturalist badge!
- **Community of Nature Lovers**: Join our tribe for forest treks, campfires, and friendships that grow outside the city buzz.
