## About Cake Baking and Counter Moments

Pooja shows the moist crumbs she looks for when checking a cake layer. In another kitchen demonstration, she talks about using room-temperature butter for cakes. These are little baking moments from our kitchen.

The gallery also includes finished chocolate and pink cakes at the counter. A young visitor tells Priya she liked the makeup-themed cake and wants one for her birthday.

We make eggless custom cakes for birthdays, weddings and other occasions. Design ideas, flavour, weight and decoration are discussed for each order. Priya requests two days in advance.

## About Grain N Ganache

We like showing what happens before the cake is decorated too. Sometimes it's a kitchen demonstration, and sometimes it's a customer telling us which design caught their eye.
