## About Bakery Supply and Fresh Bakes

We bake for café menus and home orders from our Jayanagar kitchen. Small batches and bulk orders both keep our ovens busy.

### Croissants and café breads
Our café bakery supply includes butter, almond, cookie and Lotus Biscoff croissants. We also make pain au chocolat, pinwheels and tissue bread with pistachio or dark chocolate filling. For bread, there's sourdough, focaccia, sandwich bread, panini and brioche burger buns.

### Desserts for your counter
Wholesale desserts include cheesecakes, Berliners, brownies and cake slices. Tiramisu, Korean buns and tres leches are our best sellers. We make the cream cheese filling for Korean buns in-house. Cookies, cupcakes, profiteroles and éclairs are part of the range too.

### Ready-baked or bake at your café
We supply ready-baked products and frozen croissant dough that's pre-proofed and pre-rolled. Café products, recurring quantities and delivery schedules are agreed for each order. Schedules depend on the route and our production capacity.

Eggless versions are available for several bakes. Fillings and dietary requests need separate confirmation. Mango specials and festive bakes are seasonal, so availability changes.

### My story

Hi everyone, we're Priya and Pooja, the sisters behind Grain N Ganache. You'll find us in the kitchen, at the counter, and sometimes doing one more take for the camera. We speak English and Kannada, with some Hindi in the kitchen too. There are early mornings, busy orders and plenty of sister banter. Our Jayanagar counter opened in February 2026. Hope to see you soon.

### My work

- **What we make**: We do café bakery supply, custom cakes, snack boxes, catering, grazing tables, chocolates and gift hampers.
- **Fresh in-house**: We bake and make our fillings in-house. Cream cheese Korean buns, tiramisu and tres leches keep us busy.
- **For your menu**: We supply cafés, restaurants, hotels and offices, with small batches and bulk orders.
- **For celebrations**: We put together sweet and savoury boxes, and set up grazing tables for birthdays and store launches.
