We build every pond with a multi-chamber bio-filter and integrated UV clarification, which means you spend your time enjoying the movement of the fish rather than constantly battling green water or maintenance issues. ### Engineering Your Aquatic Ecosystem Building a grand koi pond requires more than just digging a hole. We prioritize structural integrity and biological health from day one. Our construction process begins with excavation and the creation of a reinforced concrete shell, ensuring the pond stands the test of time. Waterproofing is the most critical stage. We use specialized, non-toxic black liners or coatings that protect the structure, maintain water safety for your fish, and create a deep, dark backdrop that makes the colors of the koi truly stand out. ### The Filtration Standard Without proper filtration, a large pond can quickly become a maintenance burden. Our custom bio-filtration systems handle mechanical debris and biological waste efficiently. Combined with heavy-duty air pumps for oxygenation and UV clarifiers to keep algae growth in check, we create an environment where fish thrive. You get a low-maintenance pond that keeps the water clear throughout the year. ### Aesthetics and Finish We don't believe in plastic-looking ponds. Every project we undertake in Karnataka, Kerala, Ooty, or Kodaikanal integrates natural elements. We use granite slabs or interlocking pavers for clean, durable pond edges and incorporate rockeries or stepped waterfalls that look like part of the natural landscape. Whether you want a simple, clean border or a lush, tropical softscape with lilies and lotus, we design the finish to match your garden's architecture. If you have a vision for a specific space, from a private residence to a commercial property, we can assess your site and guide you on the necessary volume and depth required for healthy fish. ## About Grafted Greens At Grafted Greens, we view a garden as more than just a plot of land. We see it as a canvas where we mix architecture with nature to build self-sustaining koi ponds that bring life and movement to your property.
