When we take on an exterior job, we never skip the cleaning phase. We use high-pressure jet wash machines to blast away grime and moss from your building facade. This reveals the actual state of the wall so we can identify cracks and damp spots that need repair before any primer touches the surface. If the wall isn't cleaned down to the base, the expensive paint you buy will simply flake off within months. ### Why We Start with a Jet Wash In Bangalore, exterior walls take a beating from the dust, pollution, and the heavy monsoon season. Simply painting over a dirty wall is a temporary fix that wastes your money. Our process is designed to make the finish last. * **Deep Cleaning:** We use mechanized high-pressure jet washers. This doesn't just rinse the wall; it strips away the biological growth, fungal buildup, and loose paint flakes that prevent new paint from bonding. * **Rope Access Expertise:** For high-rise buildings, we don't always need to build expensive scaffolding. Our team is trained in rope access (using the 'jhula' method). It is faster, safer for the building, and saves you the extra cost of metal structures. * **Surface Rectification:** Once the wall is clean, we can clearly see the cracks. We treat these with specialized acrylic pastes and fillers. We don't hide these issues; we fix them so that water seepage is stopped at the source. ### Our Quality Commitment We don't believe in 'quick fixes'. Whether it is a compound wall or a multi-story apartment complex, we follow a strict preparation sequence: jet wash, crack sealing, priming, and then the final coating. We use trusted brands like Asian Paints and Nippon, but the quality of the job depends on the preparation we do before we even open a paint can. If you want a result that survives the next rainy season, the foundation work is the most important step. ## About Go Xpert Painting We are Go Xpert Painting Services, and for us, painting is more than just a job; it is a way to give your home a new life.
