You will be moving through a Vinyasa flow while rescue puppies roam around, likely trying to steal your socks or lick your face. Expect a bit of chaos, plenty of laughter, and a real chance to connect with these little ones who are waiting for their forever homes. I call these sessions 'Pawga' for a reason. We partner with local rescue centers like Charlie's Animal Rescue Centre to bring puppies into our studio space. While we practice, the puppies get to socialize, and we get to practice the yogic principle of presence. It is impossible to be stressed when a puppy is trying to sleep on your mat or chase your shoelaces. My classes here are a blend of Hatha and Vinyasa, but we always leave space for the 'puppy breaks.' If a pup comes up to you during Savasana, you take that cuddle. That is the whole point. These sessions are about shedding the need for a perfect pose and finding that balance of *sthira* (steadiness) and *sukha* (ease) through play. Whether you are a regular yogi or someone who just needs a mood boost, this is for you. We keep our class sizes small to ensure the puppies are not overwhelmed and everyone gets quality interaction time. Come ready to move, laugh, and maybe even meet a new best friend to adopt. It is a beautiful way to support the local rescue community while getting your movement fix in. ## About Gowri Murthy I'm Gowri. I believe yoga is about feeling good, not just looking good.
