When we design an Asian menu, we focus on balancing texture and umami rather than just serving standard staples. Whether you need a live sushi rolling station for a birthday or a full sit-down Khowsuey experience, we adapt our plating style to match the venue and your guest count in Mumbai.

Our approach to Asian cuisine goes beyond the typical buffet setup. We believe that food should stimulate the senses, which is why we specialize in high-detail elements like handmade dim sum—including our popular black charcoal and truffle edamame varieties—and fresh sushi rolls crafted on-site.
