Whether it is the Triathlon—where our athletes must dominate 60m sprints, long jump, and 600m endurance in one day—or pure 100m dashes, we drill the mechanics of every single stride. I tell my students: don't run to finish, run to break your own timing. If you want to know how we turn a casual runner into a state-level medalist, chat with me. ### Our Track Record We don't just participate; we dominate. Go Speed athletes consistently sweep school sports meets and state championships across Delhi NCR. We have secured over 75 medals in the last season alone, including multiple Best Athlete trophies at prestigious events like The Shri Ram School, Vasant Vihar, and the Delhi State Open Athletics Championships. ### The Go Speed Philosophy Why do we win? Because we treat practice like a competition. At our training sites in GD Goenka, Vasant Kunj, and IIT Delhi, my sessions aren't about 'getting fit' in a general sense. They are about: * **Explosive Starts:** We use starting blocks and video analysis to correct arm drive, foot landing, and hip mobility. * **Technical Resilience:** Through resistance drag sleds, hurdle drills, and plyometrics, we build power that helps athletes bounce back from setbacks. * **Mental Toughness:** A champion mindset is built by learning to handle the pressure of the race. We create high-stakes scenarios during practice so that when the real event arrives, the athlete is already comfortable. ### Specialized Training Whether your child is struggling with fitness or is already a runner aiming for the podium, we have a pathway. From 100m and 200m sprints to complex triathlon events involving multi-discipline stamina, our coaching modules cover the full spectrum of track and field. We don't do participation trophies here. We focus on the Athlete of the Year standard. If you are serious about your child's athletic growth and want them to experience the discipline of real-world competition, get in touch. ## About Amit Khanna I am Amit Khanna. Before coaching, I lived life on the track as India’s fastest sprinter, and now I bring that same intensity to every kid I train at Go Speed. I don’t believe in shortcuts—we train to win, to push personal bests, and to handle the pressure when it matters most.
