## About Championship Wins & Results

Medals don't happen on race day. They happen during those early morning drills at IIT Delhi when it is cold, or after school when everyone else is resting. My athletes win because we fix the micro-errors—the arm swing, the start block reaction time, the foot strike—long before the starter pistol fires. If you want to know what it takes to stand on that podium, this is where the journey starts.

Winning is a habit we build, not a stroke of luck. Whether it is the Shri Ram School sports day where my team secured over 50 medals, or the Delhi State Athletics Championships where our girls swept the gold and silver, the pattern is consistent. We focus on the drive phase and top-speed maintenance that other academies often overlook.

### Why Our Methods Work
I don't care if you are a beginner or already fast; we use video biomechanics to break down your gait. If you are a footballer, we fix your running mechanics to improve your speed between wickets or across the pitch. I treat every race as a lesson—even the ones we lose—because that is how we build the mental toughness to come back stronger.

### Results We Deliver
* **School Dominance:** Consistent sweeps at Shri Ram School and Vasant Valley, with multiple 'Best Athlete' trophies.
* **Technical Correction:** Focus on A/B/C skips and landing techniques that prevent injury and increase speed.
* **Mental Fortitude:** Training athletes to handle pressure, manage anxiety before the race, and channel emotions into performance.

If you are looking for shortcuts, this is not the place. But if you are ready to put in the work to become a champion, let us get on the track.
