When our athletes stand on that podium, it is the result of thousands of hours spent on gait correction, plyometric drills, and race-day strategy. Whether it is a 100m sprint or a long jump, we focus on technical efficiency so that raw effort gets converted into winning time. Success on the track is rarely an accident. It is usually the result of fixing a flawed arm swing, improving the drive phase out of the blocks, or adjusting the angle of a long jump takeoff. At Go Speed, we take athletes from various starting points—some are already fast, some are just finding their rhythm—and we apply the same technical rigour to all. Our training approach for these champions involves: * **Technical Analysis:** Using video playback to break down form, identifying why an athlete might be plateauing in their 200m or 400m pacing. * **Resistance Work:** Utilizing drag sleds and parachutes to build explosive power, which is exactly why our athletes consistently secure 'Best Athlete' trophies at institutions like The Shri Ram School. * **Mental Conditioning:** We train for the 'win', but we also train for how to handle a loss. Many of the medalists you see here have faced days where they didn't make the cut, only to come back stronger because they understood that speed is a skill you cultivate, not just something you are born with. From Delhi State Championship hauls to Triathlon golds, these wins are not just about who finishes first. They are about the athlete who listened to the feedback, corrected their posture, and kept their head down until the finish line. If you are looking for a place where excuses are left outside the gate, you have found the right track. ## About Amit Khanna I am Amit Khanna.
