Whether you are looking to master throwing with a professional course or just want to spend a Saturday making something unique in a workshop, you are joining a group that prioritizes real craft and slow, thoughtful creation over quick results. Pottery is a solitary act that becomes infinitely better when shared. At GOAK Ceramics, we have built a space in Indiranagar that goes beyond standard classes. Our professional courses are designed for individuals with full-time commitments, offering a flexible, long-term approach to mastering the wheel. You won't just learn basics here; we dive into technical details, including clay shrinkage rates, glaze chemistry, and the anatomy of a perfectly balanced handle. We host 'Ügam,' our annual student exhibit, which serves as a graduation milestone for our learners. It is where our students—ranging from UI designers to psychotherapists—display collections they have spent months perfecting. It is not about being a full-time potter; it is about the grit and vision you bring to the wheel. If you are curious about the process or looking to start your own ceramic journey, come by for a workshop or drop in to see what our current cohort is shaping. We keep our batches small to ensure everyone gets enough studio time to actually finish their pieces. ## About Gauri Oak I am Gauri. I started this space because I wanted to build a tribe that finds joy in clay. Whether you are coming in for a one-day clay date or joining my professional course, my goal is to help you find your own rhythm at the wheel.
