It’s not just garnish, it’s proper food carving displays that get guests talking. ### Flavours With a Twist I like mixing things up. You’ll see fusion wedding cuisine like my “50-50 Holige” (half classic, half chocolate), Pasta Payasa, and Rasmalai in tiny matkas. Even simple dishes get artistic party presentation.
