I am personally involved in the setup to ensure every detail of the decoration, like this pastel balloon arch for a "Little Sunshine" theme, is just right.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/9ed3eeaf-31ec-4b9a-9ccf-19aafbdf8074) ## About Our Process When you book us, we are there on the ground handling every detail. We do not just drop off boxes; we personally assemble the balloon garlands, position the plinths, and light up the signage to ensure your room looks exactly like the vision we discussed. ### Our Hands-On Approach We believe that a great party starts long before the guests arrive. Our process is designed to be stress-free for you from start to finish. When we arrive at your venue in Bengaluru, our first priority is understanding your space. Whether it is a compact home living room or a larger event hall, we adapt our setup techniques to fit the dimensions perfectly. Our team handles everything: * **Balloon Artistry:** We build organic garlands on-site to ensure they are fresh, vibrant, and securely attached to our structures. * **Structural Setup:** Our circular rings, U-shaped panels, and backdrop frames are anchored safely. * **Finishing Touches:** From placing character cutouts at eye level for kids to adjusting LED focus lights, we tweak every element until the setup looks cohesive. We understand that time is valuable. That is why we commit to a specific setup window, usually finishing well before your event starts, leaving you time to get ready without worry. We treat your celebration as our own, ensuring the final look matches the design we planned together. ## About Ghar Ka Events We are Siri and Nikhil from Ghar Ka Events. We treat every party setup like it is for our own family, focusing on the details that make a room feel warm and festive. We love handling the hard work so you can just enjoy the party.
