We handle the technical side, including certified refereeing, digital draws, and scheduling, so that the focus stays entirely on the game and the athletes. ### Our Approach to Tournament Management Organizing a tournament is a complex task, but our philosophy is simple: we handle the logistics, and you focus on playing. Baaki sab smooth ho jayega khud (The rest will take care of itself). We support institutions and individual players by providing a professional framework for competition. ### What We Organize * **Inter-School Championships:** Our flagship events, such as the tournament held at Ahlcon International School, bring together over 30 schools and 200+ students. We offer separate categories for boys and girls from U-9 to U-19. * **Adult Squash Leagues:** We run leagues for adults and masters (35, 40, and 45+ categories) to keep the competition alive for seasoned players. * **Technical Management:** If your venue needs an expert touch, we provide B2B services, including Championship Directors, certified markers, and control desk staff to manage your entire event flow. ### Why Choose Our Tournaments We believe in transparency. Schedules and draws are released 24-48 hours before the event, eliminating the typical confusion found at tournament venues. We use WSF-approved Dunlop Pro Double Dot squash balls and ensure matches are officiated by ASF-certified referees or senior academy markers. From individual entries to team squad registrations, every participant receives clear communication, participation certificates, and a fair environment to compete. Whether it is a state-level championship in Delhi NCR or a university event in Vadodara, we maintain the same level of discipline and structured coaching that defines our academy. ## About GGems Squash Academy I am Gyanendra Prajapati, and for me, a tournament is more than just winning; it is about building a foundation for the next generation of players.
