Whether it is setting up the court layouts or managing the flow of a 200-student event, we document these moments to show our process. When you see our team in these clips, you are seeing the preparation that happens long before the first serve. ### Behind the Scenes at GGems Organizing a squash tournament requires more than just finding a court. It involves careful coordination—from ensuring the Dunlop Pro Double Dot balls are ready to managing the digital draw schedules that we release 48 hours in advance. We share these behind-the-scenes glimpses because we believe in transparency. You should know who is marking your matches and how the event is structured. ### Our Approach to Community When we organize events like the Inter-School Squash Championship, our goal is to build a culture of sport. You will see us working directly with schools across Delhi-NCR and Vadodara to foster talent from the ground up. Our presence at events like the SGFI (School Games Federation of India) is not just about showing up; it is about providing a platform where young players can experience professional standards early in their journey. ### Why We Document Our Work - **Professional Standards:** We use these videos to showcase how we manage referees, desk control, and match officiating. - **Learning Environment:** By capturing our coaching sessions, we show players and parents the emphasis we place on footwork, technique, and racket preparation. - **Growth:** Our tournaments are about growth, not just winning. Whether it is an U-9 category or a Master's league, we document the struggle and the success so every player can look back and see how far they have come. We don't just host events; we help schools and institutions build a sustainable squash program. If you are looking for technical tournament management or coaching for your students, these moments are a testament to how we get things done. ## About GGems Squash Academy I am Gyanendra Prajapati.
