I design the kids' counter to be interactive, with items like live cotton candy stations and fruit skewers that kids actually want to eat. It keeps them engaged and ensures they have a full meal, so parents can actually enjoy the wedding festivities without worrying. Weddings are long events, and often the standard buffet doesn't quite work for younger guests. I have seen so many kids skipping their meals because they find the main menu too spicy or too formal. That is why I started building these specific counters. My approach is simple: make the food approachable and fun. I focus on bite-sized portions that are easy for small hands to handle. We include everything from fresh fruit skewers and mini-cupcakes to live stations that let them be part of the action. ### Why a dedicated kids' station works: * **Engagement:** A live cotton candy or popcorn machine creates a focal point that keeps kids entertained. * **Picky-eater friendly:** We stick to familiar flavours they love while ensuring they are fresh and healthy. * **Parental peace of mind:** You know they are getting a good meal without you having to manage their plates at the main buffet. Everything is prepared with the same hygiene and quality standards as my main catering menu. Whether it is a small birthday gathering in South Delhi or a massive wedding in a farm, I can set up a counter that fits your venue layout and theme. ## About Ambria Cuisines I am Chef Pritam Panwar.
