### 2-Day River Rafting & Kayaking Expedition

Includes 20km river run (rafting or kayaking), 1-night camping, 5 buffet meals, and government certification.

*   **Stay:** 1 night in shared camping tents (2-3 person) or dormitory beds at Youth Hostels. Basic communal sanitation.

*   **Certification:** Assessment for 'White Water Basic/Level 1' certificate.

### Why I Do This

Adventure on water is more than thrills for me - it’s about learning what you’re made of. Every splash, every wobble on the kayak, every sprint on the paddleboard, I see people grow, not just have fun. Sometimes you’ll get tired, sometimes you’ll laugh till your sides hurt. That’s all part of it.

### Where It All Happens

My playgrounds are Karnataka’s lakes and rivers. Quiet places like Vani Vilas Sagar and Karwar are where you get used to the basics - paddling, balancing, just getting comfortable on water. For those who want adrenaline, the rapids of Kali and Barapole are where we do our white water rafting courses and kayaking expeditions.

### Who It’s For

There’s something for everyone - kids, families, newbies, and those who want to level up. Multi-activity adventure camps run 3-5 days, good for trying a bit of everything. If you’re serious, I run focused courses that can get pretty intense, including rescue and water safety training for beginners. Expeditions like long river journeys are for those who want the full experience.

### My Promise

Safety is non-negotiable. Certified life jackets, helmets, detailed briefings, always an expert watching you. 

By the end, you’ll have stories for your friends, maybe a few sore muscles, and a big smile. Like one participant said, “romba romba nalla enjoy pannom” (enjoyed it very, very much). That’s what I’m here for.

### My story

We’re GETHNAA, born out of the idea that adventure isn’t just a break from routine—it shapes who you are. We’ve watched shy kids step up and lead, and trained women police constables in self-defence. You’ll find us on rivers, rocks, and trails across Karnataka, always chasing that spark when someone discovers what they’re really made of. That’s why we do what we do. Nature’s got lessons no classroom can teach.

- **Adventure Activities & Training**: We run rock climbing courses in Karnataka, river rafting expeditions in Coorg, kayaking, trekking, self-defence training for women and more.
- **Camps for All Ages**: Beginner or pro, family or solo, even kids—our summer adventure camps and events welcome everyone.
- **Expert Guidance & Certification**: Our certified instructors teach proper techniques, safety, and survival. Complete a course, get a certificate.
- **Safety First, Always**: From Dandeli’s rapids to Kanteerava’s walls, we provide gear, safety briefings, and support—so you can push limits, not luck.
