I provide free, hygiene-focused grooming sessions for community pups at Therpup to keep them clean, healthy, and happy. ## Photos and videos - [Video: This is Sultan, a community dog who developed some skin issues. We brought him in for his first-ever grooming session as part of our initiative to provide free hygiene care for street dogs. Cleanliness is important for all fur balls.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/905a4819-a8bd-41bc-b240-5dc03291a737) ## About Our Community Pups If you look after a community dog in your locality, you can bring them to Therpup for a complimentary hygiene session. To keep our salon environment safe and stress-free for all pets, this service is available strictly on weekdays. These dogs must be fully vaccinated and friendly so I can provide a calm, positive experience. Please reach out to me via DM to schedule a slot so I can ensure I have the time set aside to give your community friend my full attention. ### Grooming as Wellness for Community Pups Street dogs in Bengaluru often deal with skin issues, matted fur, and parasites that go unnoticed until they become serious. My initiative isn't just about making them look clean; it's about performing a health check for hotspots, ear infections, and excessive tick loads that can cause them real suffering. Grooming is a vital part of their overall wellness, and I want to bridge the gap between street life and better health. ### The Weekday Wellness Process Because my salon is quite busy on weekends with residential pets, I reserve weekday slots specifically for my community visitors. This allows me to work at a slower, quieter pace, which is essential for dogs who may not be accustomed to a busy salon environment. * **Safety First:** I require all community visitors to be vaccinated and friendly to ensure the safety of my staff and other pets in the salon. * **Health Assessment:** Every session includes a visual hygiene check to spot early signs of skin issues or discomfort. * **Booking Required:** Since this is a dedicated service, please reach out to book a specific time before dropping by. By pampering our local strays, I hope to inspire others to see these incredible Indian Indies as deserving of the same love and care as any other pet. Let's work together to ensure our four-legged neighbors stay healthy and comfortable. ## About Mamppi Deb I am Mamppi, and my mission goes beyond just business.
