My competition prep program is designed for athletes who are ready to put in the work required to dominate. ### The Preparation Process We move through distinct phases to ensure you are stage-ready: - **Off-Season (Bulking):** We focus on gaining quality mass while keeping body fat in check, setting the foundation for your next show. - **Pre-Prep (Cutting):** This is where the grind happens. We implement aggressive dietary protocols with bi-weekly adjustments based on how your physique responds to training. - **Peak Week:** This is the most crucial time. I manage your carbohydrate, sodium, and water levels with precision to ensure you arrive on stage full, dry, and vascular. ### More Than Just Training Winning isn't just about how big you are; it's about how you present yourself.
