The real work happens during our off-season sessions at Reefit Gym where we spot each other, correct form, and hold everyone accountable. We do not tolerate egos here. You join this team because you want to be pushed to your absolute limit. If you think bodybuilding is just about lifting heavy, you have not trained with us. Being part of Team Ashish Thakran means you are surrounded by people who have the same jaddojahad (struggle) in their eyes as you do. We do not just train; we create an environment where mediocrity is not an option. We keep the atmosphere raw and real. You will see us walking into expos as a unit, celebrating wins at local classics, and sometimes just hanging out after a brutal prep week.
