Our program includes 8 to 12 intensive rehearsal sessions where we focus on formations, timing, and that crucial audience connection. By the time they step onto the 'Thirkan' stage, they aren't just dancing—they’re performing with the confidence of a pro. ### From Practice to the Spotlight We don't just teach choreography; we train performers. Dancers aged 9-15 often struggle with stage nerves, and our goal is to turn that nervous energy into stage presence. Whether it’s the high-energy hip-hop moves of the 'Swagger Boys' or the graceful storytelling of our 'Dancing Divaas', we train students to handle the lights, the crowds, and the music like seasoned artists. ### What Goes Into Our Junior Program We operate out of our studios in Sector 143B, Noida, and our New Delhi locations. The junior troupe package is built for commitment: * **8-12 Rehearsal Sessions:** This is where the magic happens. We work on synchronized movements and formations. * **Stage Readiness:** We hold dress rehearsals so students get comfortable with costumes and stage blocking before the actual 'Thirkan' show. * **Performance Essentials:** We handle the costumes, props, and media coverage, so you only need to focus on getting your child to the studio. ### Why Join a Troupe? Dancing in a group teaches more than just rhythm. It’s about teamwork, discipline, and supporting your fellow dancers. When our students finish their 3-4 minute act, they walk off with more than just a trophy—they leave with a sense of accomplishment and a 'Kya baat hai!' moment that boosts their confidence far beyond the dance floor. ## About GenX Dance Academy We are GenX Dance Academy, and we believe dance is for everyone. Whether your child is quiet or full of beans, we help them find their rhythm and showcase it. We’ve been running our 'Thirkan' annual show for over 10 years because we love seeing that moment when a young dancer truly realizes their potential on stage.
