In our Bhangra classes, we strip back the complex choreography to teach you the actual mechanics—like how to get that bounce right or use your shoulders to project power—so you aren't just following steps, you're actually dancing. Whether it's the thumping bass of a chartbuster track or the traditional rhythms of Punjabi folk, our Bhangra workshops are designed to get you moving with power and confidence. We believe Bhangra is the ultimate cardio workout that happens to be incredibly fun. ### What to expect in class We keep the energy high from the minute you step into our studio. Every session starts with a proper warm-up to prepare your muscles, followed by drill-based learning where we focus on those signature moves—the shoulder drops, the kicks, and the footwork. We break down the routines into manageable chunks so you leave having learned a full, performance-ready choreography, not just a few disjointed steps. We host these sessions at our studios in Noida Sector 143B and Sagar Pur, Delhi, catering to everyone from absolute beginners to those looking to refine their technique. Our instructors are there to correct your posture, ensure you’re engaging the right muscles, and honestly, to make sure you’re smiling while you sweat. ### Performance & Technique You won’t just be dancing in a bubble.
