## Meet your expert

### My story

Hey! We’re GenX Dance Academy—Akanksha and crew. Our thing? Dance for everyone. Doesn’t matter if you’re a kid, teen, adult, or a mom wanting to groove with your little one. We kicked this off so folks could find their own rhythm, not just steps. Our annual show ‘Thirkan’ is madness—10 seasons, cheers, awards, parents screaming, full-on masti (fun). Har pal mein Pyaar Har Pal mein Khushi… Jee lo toh Zindagi. That’s how we roll.

### My work

- **Dance classes for all ages**: We teach Bollywood, Jazz, Contemporary, Semi-Classical, Bhangra, Open Style and more. All skill levels.
- **Specialized workshops and guest artists**: Contemporary dance workshops, guest dancers, and new styles to keep things fresh.
- **Performance training and choreography**: We do Semi-Classical choreography for events, weddings, school shows, you name it.
- **Kids and Moms dance batch**: Unique batch—kids and moms dance at same time, separate halls. Fun way to bond.
- **Annual dance show 'Thirkan'**: Our big event. Students perform, parents cheer, everyone gets celebrated.
