During these 3.5 months, you won't just sit in lectures. You will spend your time in our Noida innovation centers, building projects, fixing 3D prints that fail, and learning how to break down complex STEM concepts so a Grade 1 kid actually gets it. ### Why We Do This We believe the next generation doesn't need more lectures; they need mentors. That is why our program is built by IIT, IIM, and NIT alumni who are obsessed with making teaching fun. We don't just hand you a textbook. We walk you through the messiness of a real lab environment where things break, code fails, and troubleshooting is the most important lesson. ### The Curriculum Over 3.5 months, we cover the full spectrum of modern STEM education: * **Robotics & Mechanics:** Hands-on work with LEGO Spike Prime, EV3, and Arduino. You learn to teach building, motor control, and sensors. * **Coding:** Master both block-based (Scratch) and text-based (Python) logic. * **Prototyping:** Practical experience with Bambu Lab 3D printers and circuit design using Makey Makey. * **Pedagogy:** The core of the course. How do you explain a gyro sensor to an 8-year-old? We focus on design thinking and project-based learning to make sure you can hold a classroom's attention. ### Career Support We are serious about your career. This program includes a dedicated module on resume building and mock interviews. We provide guaranteed job placement assistance for schools and EdTech roles because our goal is to see you succeed. When you finish, you are not just certified; you are ready to teach from day one. ### Where We Work Come visit our innovation labs in Sector 116 or SkymarkOne, Sector 98. Experience the space where our kids learn, so you know exactly the kind of environment you will be capable of creating yourself. ## About GeniusLabs We are a team of IIT, IIM, and NIT graduates who decided that teaching is our first love. We run Genius Labs because we believe the classroom should be a place kids don't want to leave, and we want to train educators who can build that exact kind of vibe.
