Fitness isn’t just my job, it’s kinda my whole vibe. I run R8 Fitness Academy, where I help folks get ACE certified and also train anyone who wants to get moving. Seriously, watching my R8 family grow is the best. I’m all about learning – got my Master’s in Kinesiology, keep adding new skills, and love digging into the science of movement. If I’m not teaching, I’m probably out for a run in Bangalore, or chilling in my garden. Wellness, inside and out – that’s my thing. ### My work - **Personal & Group Fitness Classes (Online)**: I offer online personal training and group sessions, including Fit@40 and senior fitness training.
