This process takes time, often 6 to 8 hours for the full application, so I make sure we have plenty of space in the schedule to get the details perfect. When you look at your bridal mehndi weeks after the wedding, I want you to see more than just intricate lines. I want you to see the story of how you met, the places you have traveled, or even the pets you love. My approach to bridal henna is deeply personal, and it starts with a conversation. Many brides come to me because they want something that breaks away from standard patterns. Whether you want a depiction of your varmala ceremony, specific architectural details from your wedding venue, or delicate portraits of deities, I sketch these out to ensure they flow naturally with traditional elements like peacocks and lotuses. Because I use only natural, triple-sifted Sojat henna, these detailed custom designs yield a rich, dark stain that lasts throughout your wedding festivities. ### What the custom process looks like We start with a consultation to discuss your vision. Once we agree on the story, I map out the layout to cover your hands and legs fully. This is a deliberate, slow process.
