Our staff does not just take orders; they help you pick the right zone for your mood and make sure you, your crew, and even your pets feel right at home. It is this human touch that turns our three acres of green space into a local community hub. A great vibe starts with the right people. At GCBC, we hire for energy as much as for skill. You will find chefs in our live kitchen who are just as passionate about the food as they are about sharing a laugh, and servers who are happy to guide you through our global menu or suggest a local tamarind cocktail. We wanted to build more than a restaurant in Yelahanka. We wanted a team that feels like friends. Whether it is Kapil managing the floor with his attentive service or Zakir bringing his energetic approach to every table, our goal is to strip away the formality of dining out. We are here to help you relax. If you are here for a work-from-cafe session, we know when to give you space. If you are here for a rowdy weekend party, we match your energy. Our team is also trained to handle our pet-friendly protocols, ensuring that your furry companions get their water bowls and treats while you enjoy your meal. We are proud of this crew and the way they bring our garden brewery concept to life every single day. Come say hi next time you are around. ## About Garden City Beer Collective We are the crew behind the garden, ready to welcome you to our three-acre escape.
