If you’re craving a quiet lunch surrounded by greenery, head to the Silk Cotton Tree. Want to watch the big game or catch an outdoor movie? The Badminton Ball Tree has the massive screen you’re looking for. Whatever you pick, the craft beer is always fresh from our Hoppery brewery right next door. 🍻 Welcome to our 3-acre backyard. We designed GCBC to be a real break from the usual city rush, giving you four distinct moods across our property. ### Find Your Zone * **The Flame Tree:** This is where the energy is. It’s our live kitchen pavilion with wood-fired pizzas, tandoor specials, and that bustling vibe you want on a Friday night. * **The Silk Cotton Tree:** If you need a breather, this is your spot. It’s our sushi garden, quiet and zen-like, perfect for when you want to hear yourself think. * **The Hoppery:** The heart of the collective. This is where we brew our fresh craft beer. Come here if you want to be close to the source and see the magic happen. * **The Badminton Ball Tree:** The sports arena. We set this up for big screens and bigger crowds. It’s the go-to space for match days or movie nights under the stars. ### Good Food, Good Mood Our menu is a trip around the globe—think sushi, pho, pastas, and local Bangalore favorites. If you’re feeling indecisive, try something from our 'Dopamine Menu' for a quick mood boost. Don't leave without trying our Hunasehannu Manhattan, which uses local tamarind for a nice twist. ### Bring Your Hoomans (and Pets) We are proud to be a truly pet-friendly space. While we have plenty of open garden areas for your dogs to stretch their legs (leash rules apply), we also have a dedicated pet menu. Treat your furry best friend to a 'Clucking Popsicle' while you enjoy your craft brew. Whether you’re planning a date night, a family outing, or a WFH session in the sun, we’re ready to host. ## About Garden City Beer Collective We’re GCBC, a collective built for folks who need an escape from the city noise.
