Our residential projects emphasize natural light, landscaped gardens, and sustainable features to create harmonious living spaces. ### Our Unique Approach - Seamless integration of traditional architectural elements with modern design - Focus on incorporating natural elements and sustainable materials - Expertise in creating region-specific designs, particularly for areas like Mangalore ### Ideal For Homeowners seeking thoughtfully designed residences that respect cultural heritage while embracing modern functionality and sustainability. ### What Sets Us Apart Our designs prioritize the connection between indoor and outdoor spaces through large windows and integrated landscapes, creating living environments that reflect both historical context and future perspectives. ## Meet your expert [Gayathri & Namith Architects](https://mytribe.in/gayathriandnamith.architects) ### My story Hey, we’re Gayathri and Namith. Our journey started with a simple idea: spaces should have soul. We’re big on tradition, wrote a book on Tulunadu 'Guthu' homes, and that heritage is in our bones. But we love pushing boundaries too. Most days, you’ll find us surrounded by hand-painted art, our awesome GNA family, and maybe running a marathon or playing cricket (scoreboard doesn’t matter, spirit does). We believe in growing together and having fun while we do it. ### My work - **Architecture & Interior Design**: We design spaces, from homes to big urban projects, mixing tradition with fresh innovation. - **Nature-led Architecture**: We blur inside and outside, using greenery, natural light, and sustainable building materials. - **Design with Soul**: Sculptural interior design and curated art add real character to every space we work on. - **Hands-on Process**: We’re on-site, listening and collaborating, making sure every detail is right from start to finish. ## More services from Gayathri & Namith Architects - [Architectural Design & Urban Planning](https://mytribe.in/gayathriandnamith.architects/architectural-design-urban-planning) · ₹300-750 per sq. ft.
