Whether we are building a 100ft floral tunnel or setting up a mirrored runway, I focus on how the light hits the petals and how the carpet feels underfoot. If you have a challenging venue layout, let’s talk about how we can mask those walls or expand the space to create a grand, seamless arrival. Designing an entrance requires balancing visual impact with logistics. My team and I analyze the entry point of your venue—be it a farmhouse, hotel, or heritage fort—to determine the right level of drama needed for the space. We move beyond simple drapes by using custom-designed fabrication, such as laser-cut panels or LED-lined arches, to define the path. For high-end setups, I prioritize density in our floral arrangements, ensuring the gate feels solid rather than sparse. We use fresh flowers at eye level to create a sensory experience as guests walk through. If you are aiming for a classic look, we stick to clean lines and rich, textured fabrics. If you want something modern, we incorporate mirrors or geometric structures that play with light. I do not believe in setups that wobble or lack structural integrity. Everything we build, from the 15ft high masked walls that hide venue imperfections to the heavy crystal chandeliers hung in walkways, is engineered for safety and impact. We ensure the entrance style matches the reception stage design, preventing that jarring visual shift where the gate looks great but the main area feels disconnected. Let us plan a sequence that guides your guests properly, turning a simple path into a memorable arrival experience. ## About Wedding Decor by Gaur I am Vipnesh Gaur. My family has been doing weddings since 1982, so I grew up learning how to turn a chaotic venue into a perfect flow. I personally oversee our setups, and I care as much about the first impression your guests get at the gate as I do about the mandap.
