We focus on theatre-style observation with large screens, covering creative color theory and commercial cuts. It is perfect for getting a visual deep dive into my process. * **Hands-on Precision Cutting:** This is where we get into the nitty-gritty of geometry. We practice elevation and over-direction to master long layers and textured bobs. Crucially, I include a module on stylist ergonomics—posture and wrist movements that keep you pain-free. * **Color & Balayage Masterclass:** A 2-day deep dive for those ready to master AirTouch, Foilayage, and root melting. We use 100% human hair mannequins and the full Wella Professionals range to ensure you are comfortable with the products you will use in the salon. ### Why Learn With Me? I have spent 18 years behind the chair, and I know that most stylists struggle with the same things: inconsistent results and physical burnout. My teaching style is simple. We look at strand tests, porosity, and developer choices so that 'confusion' is removed from your vocabulary. Everything we do is rooted in real-world application, not just theory.
