After 18 years of teaching and working with Wella Professionals, I have learned that the best results come from a structured approach. My process is transparent and tailored to your specific needs. ### My Philosophy I always tell my students and clients: we must understand 'kyun karna hai' (why we do it). Whether we are doing a precision cut or a complex Balayage, I assess your bone structure, skin tone, and daily maintenance ability before we begin. This is not about following a trend blindly. It is about creating a look that fits your lifestyle. ### Safety and Science There is no guesswork here.
