## About Luxury Terrace & Rooftop Retreats

Beyond just the aesthetics, we ensure every terrace design is built for the local climate. We integrate weather-resistant pergolas and smart lighting setups that make your space functional and inviting, whether you are hosting a summer evening party or enjoying a quiet winter morning coffee.

A rooftop is more than just an open slab; it is a canvas for your lifestyle. We focus on transforming these bare surfaces by dividing them into functional zones. Whether you need a shaded pergola for summer afternoons, an outdoor bar area for evening gatherings, or a quiet reading corner surrounded by lush planters, we plan the layout to suit your routine.

We prioritise materials that withstand the local climate. For structures, we often use powder-coated Mild Steel (MS) frameworks with WPC or polycarbonate roofing, ensuring durability against both the harsh Delhi sun and monsoon rains. Flooring is key to comfort; we recommend a mix of anti-skid tiles, natural stone pavers, or high-quality artificial grass to define spaces without adding excessive weight.

Horticulture is the life of the terrace. We select plants that thrive in pots or raised beds, such as Areca palms for privacy screens, flowering shrubs, or hardy creepers for the pergola. For smaller rooftops, our vertical green walls bring in the aesthetic of a sprawling garden without taking up valuable floor area. We finish these spaces with strategic low-voltage lighting, path bollards, and smart automation for irrigation, making sure your retreat remains beautiful and easy to manage throughout the year. If you have a specific vision or want to discuss the feasibility of your terrace, we are happy to assess your site and guide you through the process.
