MSG. We focus on getting that deep, punchy flavour through fresh aromatics like burnt garlic and green chillies. Whether it’s our signature Burnt Garlic Fried Rice or the classic Manchow soup, we keep it clean, crisp, and exactly how you remember it. Our approach to Desi-Chinese is simple: we take the comfort food you grew up eating and cook it with better quality ingredients. We know that when you order a bowl of noodles or a plate of fried rice, you want that specific smoky 'wok-tossed' flavour, but you also want to feel good after the meal. That is why we stick to fresh produce—crisp broccoli, baby corn, and bell peppers—and skip the MSG entirely. It allows the natural flavours of our signature sauces, like the tangy Green Garlic Sauce or our spicy Hunan mix, to really stand out. If you are visiting our Andheri or Malad locations, try the 'Song of Dragon' for that crisp, saucy contrast, or stick to the classics with our Manchow soup loaded with crunchy noodles. We aim to bring you the nostalgic taste of street-side Chinese with the comfort of a proper sit-down restaurant setting. Whether it is a quick weekday lunch or a weekend feast with the family, we make sure every plate is served hot, fresh, and exactly to your liking. ## About Garden Court We have been feeding Mumbai from our spots in Andheri and Malad for years, watching families and friends celebrate over sizzling platters. We are all about good food, good vibes, and making sure that whenever you are craving a hearty meal, you feel right at home with us.
