Our tandoor section is the heart of the kitchen, and we focus heavily on the dhunvedar finish that makes tandoori food so addictive. Whether you are craving the classic Murgh Hazari kebabs or something experimental like our Rataloo Tikka, it is all about timing and temperature. Our chefs monitor the clay oven constantly to ensure the exterior gets that perfect char while the inside stays juicy and tender. If you are dining with us in Andheri or Malad, you will notice we use fresh mint, green chilies, and authentic herbs for our marinades rather than pre-mixed powders.
