People like Chetan and Shrey started here as young cooks and have grown into the core leaders of our team. When you see our crew at your event, you are seeing a group that operates like a family because that is exactly what we are. We did not start in a massive industrial setup; we began in a poky home kitchen 14 years ago. This origin story dictates how we hire and train. We reject the common hospitality industry standard of burnout and sacrifice. Instead, we encourage balance for our chefs and managers. When you hire Gaia Gourmet for a wedding in Goa or a consulate event in Mumbai, you get a professional catering team that actually enjoys working together. This positive energy translates directly into the food. Whether it is our live pizza counters or our formal plated dinners, our staff operates with a seamless communication style that only comes from years of shared experience. Our team is the secret ingredient that keeps the quality high, whether we are feeding 50 guests or 700. We believe that happy people make better food, and it shows in every plate we serve. When you choose us, you are relying on a stable, experienced event catering staff that takes pride in their work. ## About Gaia Gourmet I am Chinu, and alongside my husband Chris, I built Gaia Gourmet from our own home kitchen. Our team is our heart, and we treat every staff member like family, ensuring they have the space to grow their own careers while serving your guests with genuine joy.
