If you choose our Ooni pizza counter, be ready for your guests to gather around, so we usually suggest placing it away from the main seating to keep things moving. We handle all the glassware and service, so you can stop worrying about the setup and just enjoy fresh sourdough crusts or truffle-infused bites while our team handles the rest. Live stations change the entire energy of a party. Instead of guests standing in long lines, the food becomes an activity. We have seen how a live station acts as a natural gathering point, encouraging people to mingle and talk while they watch our chefs prepare plates. ### Why Live Stations Work We design our stations to be flexible and engaging. Whether you are hosting a terrace party in Mumbai or a wedding in Goa, we bring the equipment and the talent to make it work. Our Ooni pizza station, for example, produces fresh sourdough pizzas in minutes. The smell of the wood-fired dough is an instant hit. For something lighter, our Avocado Bar allows guests to customize their toppings, while our Boozy Chaat station adds a fun, local twist to a familiar favourite. ### Making it Work at Your Venue We know that space is often a constraint. We do not need a massive commercial kitchen to get these going. As long as we have a stable power source and a designated area, we can set up almost anywhere. We manage the full service ratio, typically keeping a 1:12 staff-to-guest balance for our live counters, so your guests never wait more than a few minutes for their food. If you are planning an outdoor event, we account for wind, heat, and safety, ensuring the food stays fresh and the service remains smooth throughout the night. ## About Gaia Gourmet I started Gaia Gourmet 14 years ago in my own kitchen, and Chris and I have grown it into the #GaiaFamily.
