We curate these spreads with artisanal cheeses, house-made preserves, and seasonal produce like fresh figs and edible flowers to ensure every bite is fresh. It is not just about the food display, it is about creating a central point where your guests naturally gather and mingle. We have grown from cooking in our home kitchen to catering for major consulates and weddings in Goa, but our approach remains the same: good food, no fuss. We focus on farm-to-table catering in Mumbai, working closely with organic farms in Pune to source ingredients like purple sweet potato, gondhoraj lemons, and sunchoke. Whether you are planning a sit-down dinner with synchronized 1:4 service or a lively party with our Ooni pizza stations, we handle the logistics so you can focus on your guests. We specialize in custom menus that bridge cultures, from Franco-Indian fusion to Pan-Asian and authentic Italian pasta. We provide everything from glassware and wine pairings to themed decor, ensuring the vibe is just right. Our team manages dietary requirements like vegan, keto, or gluten-free without compromising on flavour. If you want honest food that lets the ingredients do the talking, we are ready to help. ## About Gaia Gourmet We are Chinu and Chris, and we started Gaia Gourmet in our home kitchen fourteen years ago.
