My training is about the 'why' behind the behaviour, not just the 'how' to stop it. We will spend our sessions looking at your dog's triggers, your daily routine, and where the communication gap lies, so you can stop managing symptoms and start building a real relationship. True training goes far beyond teaching 'sit' or 'stay.' In Bangalore's busy urban environment, many of us deal with dogs struggling with leash reactivity, separation anxiety, or the simple frustration of city living. My approach is rooted in understanding these challenges from the dog's perspective. When a dog acts out, they aren't 'bad' or 'stubborn.' They are often overwhelmed by a world designed for humans, not for them. ### Why Relationship-Based Training Works Instead of forcing compliance through dominance, we focus on communication. I teach you to read the non-verbal cues your dog is constantly giving you. When you start to see the world through their eyes, you stop blaming them for 'not listening' and start advocating for them in stressful situations. This includes practical techniques like 'sniffaris' on walks, ditching the food bowl to make mealtimes a mental game, and finding the right reward system that actually motivates your specific dog. ### The Process Change is slow, and that is okay. We start by assessing your home environment, your dog's history, and your family's routine. Whether we are tackling puppy foundations or complex reactivity issues, the goal is not to create a 'perfect' dog for Instagram, but a calm, confident companion who fits into your life. My job is to make you the expert so you do not need me forever.
