- Comfort first, style second. I don’t rush, and I don’t force. Sometimes, we pause for treats or a quick `thoda sa khel` (some play), because a happy pet means a smoother session.
- Every pet gets full attention. I’d rather do less in a day than cut corners. Honestly, being surrounded by these furballs is pura barakh hai (truly a blessing).

### What Happens in a Session

- Prep: Proper brushing before the bath for tangle-free fur.
- Bath: Professional shampoos, sometimes twice for very dirty or white coats. For cats, always gentle, with a non-slip mat.
- Dry: Burrito wrap for cats, and for anxious dogs, slow drying, no leash, lots of calm talk and treats.
- Finish: Final comb-through for a smooth, knot-free coat.

Hey, we’re Furrybells. Been at this 12 years, but honestly, loving animals is just who we are. Dogs, cats, they’re family. My own dog Sage is proof. This work isn’t just a job, it’s where we find peace. Some folks don’t get our bond with pets, but our faith says kindness is a blessing. For us, it’s all barakh & blessings.
