From marking your entire layout 1:1 on the floor with chalk to detailing a Bill of Quantities so you know exactly where every rupee goes, we eliminate guesswork. Architecture is mostly managing reality, and we are here to manage yours. ### Real Architecture, No Filters We are done with the 'pretty picture' myth. Architecture is dusty, loud, and demanding. Our toolkit is built on that truth. We do not just hand you a 3D render and walk away. We provide the GFC (Good for Construction) drawings, HVAC layouts, and electrical plans that keep your contractor from making mistakes on site. ### The Financial Truth We break down project finances into block estimates early on. Once the design is frozen, we deliver a detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ). This document is our promise to you: we account for every material, from flooring tiles to lighting profiles. No vague line items, no hidden costs. ### How We Build * **Site Marking:** Before a single wall goes up, we mark the entire floor plan 1:1 on the site. You walk through your future space with chalk lines at your feet. It changes everything. * **Technical Rigor:** We focus on wire gauges, window types, and edge profiles. These small details prevent big problems later. * **Functional Design:** We do not just chase aesthetics. We prioritize Balance, Functionality, and Sustainability. If it does not work, it should not be built. If you are tired of the guessing game and want a team that talks straight about costs, timelines, and site chaos, let's talk. ## About FMDL Architects We are Amrita and Akshay, the pair behind FMDL. We started this to prove that architecture can be both soulful and brutally honest. We are the ones you see covered in site dust, debating layout flows and crunching numbers until they make sense.
