Instead of theme-heavy furniture that feels outdated in two years, I prefer a neutral foundation with playful, changeable accents like easily swappable drawer knobs or modular storage units, so your custom wardrobe stays relevant as they transition from toddler to pre-teen. Creating a child's room is where I get to be truly imaginative. In my 'mad lab', we don't just build furniture; we create backdrops for stories. Whether it’s integrating a sturdy bunk bed to maximize floor space or installing a custom-height study desk that evolves with your child’s needs, my process is entirely bespoke. I use high-grade, moisture-resistant plywood for all kids' units because I know that durability is just as important as aesthetics when it comes to play areas. We also pay special attention to the 'feel'—using warm rattan inserts, soft arches, and two-tone color palettes that keep the room bright but calm. Everything you see—from the CNC-cut arched mirror frames to the internal LED sensors in the wardrobes—is manufactured in our own factory to ensure seamless installation. If you are in Hyderabad, I’d love for you to drop by our Jubilee Hills Experience Center. It’s the best way to feel the quality of the materials and see how we balance whimsical design with the practical storage every parent actually needs. ## About Furbishy I’m Tejaswini, and I run Furbishy like a 'mad lab' where we turn your ideas into reality. I believe every room needs a soul, especially your child's, so I focus on details that feel warm and personal rather than just perfectly polished.
