This same level of structural precision, from anatomical proportions to delicate hand-painting, is what I bring to every custom cake order and teach in my hands-on workshops in HSR Layout. Winning gold at Cakeology and Best in Show at the India Bake Show was a surreal experience. These awards are not just trophies; they are a validation of the techniques I spend years perfecting. Whether I am crafting a gravity-defying structure using food-safe armatures or hand-painting expressions on a sugar figurine, I focus on the tiny details that bring a piece to life. My approach to sculpted cakes is rooted in traditional artistry rather than quick fixes. I avoid silicone moulds entirely, opting instead for freehand sculpting with high-quality modelling pastes like Saracino. This allows me to create unique characters and complex scenes, like the ones you see in this gallery. I believe the skills used to create competition-level work should be accessible to everyone, which is why I incorporate these exact methods into my workshops.
