I bring the outfits, the backdrops, and the specialized lighting to your home or my Malad West studio, so you don't have to worry about packing anything. Every setup—whether it's a little chef or a tiny wizard—is designed around your baby’s rhythm, keeping them safe and sound while we capture the magic. ### Your Little One, Starring in a Story Whimsical photography is more than just a costume change. It’s about creating a scene that feels like a storybook while keeping your baby comfortable. Whether it’s the 'Little Chef' setup or a cozy teddy bear afternoon, I handle the styling so you can just enjoy the moment. ### Safety First, Always The biggest question I get is: *Is it safe?* My answer is always yes. I am a certified newborn photographer, which means I know how to pose a sleeping baby without compromising their comfort or breathing. All props—from the Harry Potter scarves to the miniature spa robes—are sanitized before every session. We work at your baby’s pace. If they need a feed or a cuddle, we stop. There is no rush, because a happy, calm baby makes for the most natural photos. ### How It Works 1. **The Planning:** Before the shoot, we chat about the themes you love. You choose the vibe—festive, fantasy, or cute and cuddly. 2. **The Setup:** For in-studio sessions in Malad West, everything is ready when you arrive. For home visits across Mumbai, I bring a portable studio setup including professional lighting and a variety of backdrops. 3. **The Result:** You get a collection of high-res images that tell a story. These aren't just snapshots; they are keepsakes of this *natkhat* phase that passes by way too quickly. ## About Fotosmith Photography Hi, I’m Shalaka. I see myself as a ‘fotosmith’—someone who crafts these little moments into memories you can hold. I love watching your babies grow, even just by a few weeks, and helping you capture the ‘natkhat’ smiles and tiny yawns that make your heart melt.
