We look at the flow—how guests move from the entrance tunnel to the dining area. We use full ceiling masking to hide standard hall fixtures and replace them with custom fairy light canopies, ensuring the 'banquet' look disappears and your chosen theme takes over completely. A venue transformation is essentially the art of making a space look like it was built specifically for your wedding. In Mumbai, where banquet halls often have fixed architectural layouts, the challenge is working with—or completely masking—those limitations. ### Our Approach to Venue Transformation We prioritize immersion. When you walk into a room, you should not see a generic hall; you should see your theme. * **Ceiling & Lighting:** We use full fabric masking to change the geometry of a room. This is particularly effective at Hiravati Banquets, where we can soften the ceiling height with scalloped drapes and fairy light strings. * **Flow Design:** Your guests' experience starts at the gate. We design entrance tunnels that build anticipation, moving through to the main seating area, and finally to the stage. Everything must feel like a connected story. * **Custom Details:** The difference is in the props. From jute-wrapped candles for a boho vibe to gold candelabras for a royal reception, we source and place these items to create focal points that catch the eye. ### Why Venue Matters We know these halls inside and out. Because we frequently work at Siddharth and Hiravati Banquets, we know exactly where the power points are, where to place the trussing, and how to maximize the space without blocking guest movement. This prevents those last-minute hiccups where the stage might look great but leaves no room for the catering counters. If you have a Pinterest board, share it. We don't just replicate photos; we adapt those designs to fit the specific floor plan of your chosen venue. ## About Forum Decorators I'm the lead at Forum Decorators, and I live for that moment when you walk into the hall and it finally feels like yours.
