I used a dense ceiling of pink cherry blossoms and hanging white wisteria, interspersed with glowing lanterns, to create an immersive floral tunnel. The crystal bead curtains and spotlighting on the green turf walkway guide you towards the main event, making your first steps into the celebration truly magical.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/7fee118c-7f09-463d-a14c-6bcd67cdb1b9) - [Video: For a truly royal reception, I designed this stage using rich red velvet for the ceiling drapes and stage border. The backdrop features traditional white jharokha-style panels and gold lattice screens, with classic crystal chandeliers adding a touch of Mughal-era opulence. This setup is perfect for couples who want their celebration to feel grand and majestic.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/db985572-d230-4433-a8ac-7f029dc5fe16) - ![This pastel wedding stage is designed to feel soft and romantic. The centerpiece is a massive floral chandelier, crafted with layers of white, cream, and pink flowers, that hangs directly above the couple's seating. The pink backdrop with gold-trimmed arches and elegant seating completes this dreamy, sophisticated look for a modern wedding ceremony.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/fefef94f-d36a-4947-b32f-f9111b887162) - [Video: I designed this vibrant mandap for a traditional Maharashtrian wedding, using auspicious colors of orange and yellow. The ceiling is a canopy of fresh marigold and tuberose strings, while the backdrop features a large lotus motif made entirely of flower petals. This setup combines classic floral art with traditional elements for an authentic and beautiful ceremony.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/f57dc873-3016-4153-8598-a609e873c27c) - ![To create a glamorous and high-energy entrance for a Sangeet night, I used a series of arched mirror panels lined with retro-style bulbs. This creates a stunning tunnel of light and reflections that sets a celebratory mood from the moment guests arrive. The design is modern, chic, and perfect for an evening of music and dance.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/970940a9-1c61-4e11-b6ff-b183e5448490) - ![This photo backdrop brings the outdoors in with a lush wall of green foliage. I wove delicate strings of fairy lights and white roses through the leaves to create a magical, sparkling effect. The custom "Always and Forever" neon sign adds a personal and romantic touch, making it an ideal spot for capturing memories.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/9ee36d1e-d21c-43ff-aeb2-3d3b00a64a24) - ![I believe a grand entrance sets the tone for the entire event. Here, I created a royal walkway using a series of archways framed in bold red. The inner walls feature traditional Indian motifs and mirror work that reflect the light from the hanging chandeliers, creating a truly regal and welcoming passage for your guests.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/8d540cca-bf0d-48b4-a644-419376d2cf6d) ## About Featured Whether you are eyeing a venue like Hiravati or Siddharth, the biggest difference we make is how we frame the space. We do not just put up drapes. We focus on the sightlines from the entrance to the stage, ensuring that even in a standard banquet hall, your guests feel they have walked into a completely different world the moment they step off the elevator. ### Why these designs work We believe wedding decor is about more than just matching flowers to fabrics. The designs in this gallery represent our approach to transforming Mumbai's familiar banquet halls into immersive stories. When we work on a space like Hiravati or Siddharth, we look at the limitations—low ceilings, standard lighting, or awkward pillars—and hide them with heavy masking, mirror panels, or strategic floral installations. ### Customization vs. Standardization We offer three distinct packages to help you get started, but they are just the baseline for your vision. * **The Royal Symphony:** Focuses on structural depth. We use velvet drapes and gold lattice work to add weight and elegance to a room. * **Pastel Fairytale:** Relies on light and texture. We use fairy lights, wisteria, and soft seating to create a breathy, open atmosphere. * **Traditional Roots:** Keeps things authentic. We lean on marigolds, brass elements, and classic motifs like pichwai art to ground the event in tradition. ### How to proceed If you see something here that sparks an idea, tell us about it. You do not need a final plan. Send us your Pinterest board or tell us the venue you have booked. We can tell you immediately what works best for that layout, what fits your budget, and how we can add those little details—like a specific neon sign or a custom entrance tunnel—that make the event feel like your own. ## About Forum Decorators We are a Mumbai-based team that lives for the moment you walk into your venue and see the decor come to life.
