We pair these with 3D cow cutouts and traditional brassware, which ensures your stage looks as visually rich in photographs as it does in person, even in smaller banquet halls. ### Authentic Themes for Religious & Social Milestones The Pichwai and Vrindavan aesthetic is deeply rooted in tradition, and we treat it with the respect it deserves. Whether you are planning a seven-day Bhagwat Sapta, a Garba night, or a serene baby shower, our design approach remains consistent: we combine artistic storytelling with high-end execution. ### The Setup Process * **Artistic Backdrop:** We move beyond standard drapery. Our Pichwai setups utilize printed panels featuring palace arches, peacocks, and lush landscapes. This creates the depth needed for a grand, temple-like environment. * **Authentic Elements:** No setup is complete without the details. We incorporate standing Samai oil lamps, decorative brass Matkas, and custom-made silhouettes of cows and deities to ground the theme in authenticity. * **Lighting:** We use focused LED washing to highlight the murals and peacocks, ensuring the 'Vrindavan' feeling stays consistent from the entrance passage all the way to the main stage. ### Venue Adaptation We frequently execute these complex, detail-heavy themes at venues like Hiravati Banquet in Santacruz and Siddharth Banquet. We understand the space constraints of these Mumbai halls and know exactly how to scale our 20ft to 30ft stage structures so they feel immersive without cluttering the room. If you have a Pinterest moodboard or a specific deity scene in mind, we can customize our 3D cutouts to match your vision perfectly. ### Why This Works Unlike generic wedding decor, this theme is about creating an environment. By using a mix of real marigolds for auspiciousness and artificial vines for volume, we ensure the decor remains fresh throughout your event, no matter how long the puja or celebration lasts. ## About Forum Decorators We are Forum Decorators, and we love bringing stories to life through traditional motifs.
